Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, affected persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law. 2) Approval of the October 18th regular monthly City Council meeting minutes, the October 27th Special Called City Council meeting minutes, and the October 27th City Council Workshop minutes

A. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-50, a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a local agency program agreement; providing for the improvement of groundwater quality and roadway drainage through the replacement of drainage wells in various locations; providing for an award of grant funds up to $508,000.00

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-51, a resolution authorizing the execution of a continuing contract with Mittauer & Associates, Inc. a Florida Corporation;

Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-54, a resolution accepting a bid from Meter Install Group, LLC related to the replacement of approximately two thousand six hundred water meters in the city’s water distribution system with an AMR system and retrofit approximately seven hundred and seven AMR gas registers; providing for the award and execution of a contract

F. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-55, a resolution authorizing the execution of a contract between Anderson Columbia Co, Inc., and the City of Live Oak to complete the Palm Street Paving Project

H. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-35, a resolution authorizing the execution of task assignment #1 between Mittauer & Associates, Inc., and the City of Live Oak to provide engineering services Phase I and II of the Septic to Sewer and Reuse Project

I. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-57, a resolution authorizing and ratifying the appointment of the law firms of Robinson, Kennon & Kendron, P.A., and Folds & Walker, LLC., providing for the execution of an agreement for legal services

J. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1490, an ordinance authorizing a second amendment to the annual operating budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021, adopted through ordinance no. 1468; amended November 9th 2021 through ordinance 1470
