41st Christmas on the Square – Dec 4-6, 2025

From its humble beginnings in the mid 1980’s that began with a one-day arts and crafts show, Christmas on the Square has evolved over the years into a three-day event with this year’s 41st (beginning this week) sure to draw thousands.

     Presented by the Suwannee County Chamber of Commerce, boasting over 300 arts & crafts vendors, food vendors, a car show, an agriculture exhibit and live entertainment in downtown Live Oak.

The fun begins Thursday at 5:45 p.m. with a Christmas tree lighting at Millennium Park.  Following the tree lighting, they will hold a kid’s 1-mile fun run at 6 p.m. and the Jingle Bell Fun Run/Walk ending at Millennium Park. There will also be refreshments and a Christmas movie for kids.

Friday, December 5, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Annual Arts & Craft Show, food vendors, live entertainment, fireworks, Santa Land & Snow on the Square.  

Saturday, December 6, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Annual Arts & Craft Show, food vendors, live entertainment & more. 

The finale is the Lighted Christmas Parade at 6:00 p.m. in historic downtown Live Oak.
