o (1) Open the meeting of the Live Oak Planning and Zoning Board.


o (2) Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes – 10-30-17 P&Z Meeting minutes.


Motion needed to accept as presented, or to accept with corrections as noted.


o (3) Board attorney to swear in any staff or public who may potentially give testimony at any time during the proceedings to follow.


o (4) RESOLUTION NO PZ – SIP 17-1, S.C. Sullivan, applicant.


A Resolution for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board, for review and recommendation for a Special Impact Permit request pertaining to proposed activities of the installation, removal or movement of dirt or earth, on parcels in the 700 Block of Walker Ave. SW (east side), approximately 1,000 feet north of the Round-A-Bout.


Motion needed to: approve (as a recommendation for), or for denial (recommendation against).


o (5) RESOLUTION NO LPA – CPA 18-1, Ag-Pro Real Estate Inv., LLC, applicant.


Part 1 of a 2-part application:


A Resolution for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board, serving as the Local Planning Agency, for review and recommendation of a proposed Future Land Use Map Change from Residential Very Low Density to Commercial, on a 15.42 acre (MOL) parcel along 72nd Trace NW.


Motion needed to: approve (as a recommendation for), or for denial (recommendation against).

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public and all persons that: If you or another person decides to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearings, that you or said person will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, affected persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record/transcript of the proceedings is made that will be acceptable to a court, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Such person must provide a method of recording the proceedings verbatim as the City may not do so.


o (6) RESOLUTION NO LPA – LDR 18-1, Ag-Pro Real Estate Inv., LLC, applicant.


Part 2 of a 2-part application:


A Resolution for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board, serving as the Local Planning Agency, for review and recommendation of a proposed Zoning Atlas Map Change from A-2 (County) and C-I (County) to C-I (City), on a 19.16 acre (MOL) parcel along 72nd Trace NW and Vista Drive NW.
