Road and Lane Closures for June 24-30, 2017

Alachua County

Interstate 75 (Marion County line to south of State Road 121) (FIN 428805-1-52-01)
Nighttime double lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for paving.


Interstate 75 (South of State Road 222 to North of U.S. 441) (FIN 423071-1-52-01 and 428803-1-52-01)
Nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.


Sunday through Thursday and daytime lane closures from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from south of Northwest 39th Avenue (Exit 390) to north of U.S. 441 (Exit 399) in Alachua for paving.


Additionally, there will be ramp closures Sunday through Sunday next week.


Sunday night will have southbound on and off ramp closures at Northwest 39th Avenue.

The northbound on and off ramps at U.S. 441 will be closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. All ramp closures are 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.


Northeast Waldo Road (State Road 24)
Southbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at Fairbanks, near Northeast 57th Street, for shoulder work.


Northwest 13th Street
Daytime and possible night time lane closures all week, just north of University Avenue at The Standard, for sidewalk and curb improvements.


U.S. 27 (State Road 20) (FIN 434321-1-52-01)
Possible nighttime lane closures from Saturday to Friday between Northwest 9th Street and U.S. 441 in High Springs for milling and resurfacing, traffic signals, sidewalk, and other incidentals. However, no lane closures are allowed between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.


U.S. 27 (State Road 20) (FIN 434322-1-52-01)
Possible nighttime lane closures from Saturday to Friday between the Columbia County line and Northwest 9th Street in High Springs for milling and resurfacing, traffic signals, sidewalk, and other incidentals.

However, no lane closures are allowed between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.


U.S. 41 (State Road 45) (FIN 434320-1-52-01)
Possible nighttime lane closures from Saturday to Friday between Southeast 6th Avenue and U.S. 441 in High Springs for milling and resurfacing, traffic signals, sidewalk, and other incidentals. However, lane closures are not allowed between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. between Southeast 1st Avenue and Northeast 2nd Avenue.


U.S. 301 (State Road 200) (FIN 434318-1-52-01)
Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from north of 203rd Street and Southeast 65th Avenue for milling and paving.

Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for shoulder treatment in the Waldo Flea Market area.


U.S. 441
Daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from Williston Road south to the county line for ditch work.

West University Avenue (State Road 26)
Eastbound daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, east of Southwest 34th Street, for driveway improvements.

Nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday from south of U.S. 90 (Exit 427) to north of Interstate 10 (Exit 435) for safety improvements.

Nighttime lane closure from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday on I-10 over I-75 at mile marker 296.5 north and south bound for work on the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) project.

Daytime lane closure from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Interstate 10 Forest Road westbound and Interstate 10 C.R. 123 westbound for milling and placing temporary barring wall on the edge of the roadway.


S.R. 25/U.S. 41 (FIN 435147-1-52-01)
Lane closures from SW Happiness Lane to Bascom

Norris Drive Monday through Sunday with the following restrictions: no lane closures allowed from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. when beyond 600 feet of a signalized intersection, and no lane closures allowed from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. when within 600 feet of a signalized intersection. The lane closures are to prepare for new tree installation.
